Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo of the item & describe the nature of the problem, within 3 days of receiving the item, so we can evaluate the issue & make it right!

We are clear and transparent regarding fabric content, materials, colors, and care instructions for our items under each item description, product tags, & thank you card enclosed with your order. We want your items to last and recommend following our care instructions. We are not responsible for damages, fading, or defects resulting from improper care or handling. We are not responsible for selection of incorrect sizing.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We are a small business and are charged processing fees of each order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order, but may be able to assist you in making changes. Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order should you need assistance with making a change.

Eligible items may be exchanged ONLY.

Sale Items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Returned items must be in original condition,unworn, unwashed with product tags attached. Exchanges will be issued once your returned item is received and processed. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability.
