Shipping policy
STANDARD PROCESSING/ SHIPPING POLICY:
All products are inspected prior to shipping. Orders are custom made, once the order is placed it may take 7-14 business days (Business days are Weekdays not weekends or Holidays) to process and verify the information before the order is shipped out. Shipping normally takes about 2-7 business days. The processing and shipping times may be delayed during SALES and Holiday times.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost packages during transit. Packages marked delivered and have been deemed lost/stolen, you are responsible to contact the carrier. Please make sure your address is correct before placing an order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again we are not responsible for the package once it transfers to USPS, Or UPS it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS, Or UPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice between. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE'S TRACKING PROGRESS.
Gracefully Broken Apparel is not responsible for any items lost in transit once order has been mailed along with tracking number. We will not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. If there is any issue where a package is lost, stolen or delayed, you will have to file a claim with carrier service that is provided.
